| Two new positive cases report in UT Ladakh | | 12 patients cured and discharged |
Leh, January 16 (Scoop News)-"As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh last night, two persons tested positive for COVID-19. Both the positive sample reports were received by CMO Leh and were detected from COVID Lab Leh.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 12 patients yesterday. All the patients were discharged by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 104; 99 in Leh district and five in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informed that 445 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 55 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, tankers, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post on Thursday.
