| BJP to form Govt in forthcoming Assembly elections: Kavinder | |
Jammu, January 16 (Scoop News)-The forthcoming Assembly Elections in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir would be a glittering victory for the BJP since it emerged as the single largest party in Jammu and Kashmir.
This was stated by Former Dy Chief Minister and Senior BJP leader Kavinder Gupta while addressing a meeting of Corporator for upcoming elections of Chairmen of various committees of Jammu Municipal Corporation. Mayor Chander Mohan Gupta and Deputy Mayor Purnima were also present in the meeting.
The senior BJP leader said that the forthcoming Assembly Elections would be a bench mark in itself post Article 370 and 35 (A). He said that the developmental initiatives taken up by the BJP led regime since coming into power in 2014 would reap sweet fruits in the UT and people of J&K have realized that only the Saffron Party could fulfill their aspirations.
“The J&K region has never been famous for its infrastructure, job opportunities and professional colleges since Independence of India but BJP led Government at the Center under the leadership of PM Modi made it a hub of development,” Kavinder said.
Apart from development and bringing peace and prosperity in J&K; PM Narendra Modi will remain forever in the hearts of people of J&K because of his bold decision of scrapping Article 370 and freeing them from family and dynasty rule.
Kavinder said that the Central Government has also left no stone unturned to reach-out to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the same will be reflected in the expected soon Assembly Elections. Apart from this the keen concern of PM Modi was aimed to give a boost to developmental works and to ensure the timely implementation and execution of various centrally sponsored schemes in the region, former Dy CM asserted.
Additional from the UT level developmental aspects and initiatives; the Central Ministers also had laid foundation stones of various projects so that the benefits of various centrally sponsored schemes percolate across the Union Territory at the grass-root level, he added and sought huge public support in the Assembly Elections.
