Confederation commits to organise Education awareness camps


Keeri- Baramulla, August 05 (Scoop News)- All India Confederation of SC ST OBC Organisation unit Baramulla conducted a meeting at Keeri wherein cadre of confederation from Wagoora, Kreeri and Tangmarg tehsils participated. The meeting was Chaired by Distt Vice President, Baramulla, Mushtaq Ahmed Deadad; along with Jt. Secy, Talib Hussain; Organization Secretaries, Bashir Ahmed Deadad and Reyaz Ahmad kasana. A large number of locals were also present and discussed many issues pertaining to the ST and OBCs community relating to inclusive education, Restoration of reservation in promotion, Backlog quota appointment, issue related to fake ST certification and other local demands like water, road, electricity availability etc. The confederation unit Baramulla listened to their grievances and assured that they will highlight the same and forward to the concerned authorities for redressal.

While addressing, Vice President Mushtaq Ahamed Deaded, said it is the duty of all the stakeholders who have enjoyed the benefits of reservation, to educate others and send their children to school and there should be no children left without education. It is the agenda of the Govt to provide education to each child and it is responsibility of the confederation cadre to educate the parents for sending their children to schools. He appraised the participants that our State President Confederation R K Kalsotra has given us clear instructions to work to aware the masses that no children should be left uneducated.

Talib Hussain Jt Secy said to the participants, Confederation is struggling and raising voice for the rights of SC ST OBC and if people of the community support them certainly we will get back our rights.

Bashir Ahamed Deaded Organisation Secy appealed to the participants to apprise them about the detail of those who have gotten fake ST certificates.

Another Organisation Secy Reyaz Kasana appealed to the participants to educate and aware the students and youth to support the confederation for struggle to clear the pending backlog in recruitment. He also advised the employees to strengthen the confederation for restoring reservation in promotion.

The prominent participants from Wagoora, kreeri and Tangmarg were Sajjad Hussain bokda,Shabir Ahmad Deadad,Irshad Ahmad Deadad, Firdous Ahmed Deadad(a Ph.D aspirant in Physics), Mohd Hanef Deadad ,Mohd Shafiq Kasana,Reyaz Ahmed khatana,Shabir Ahmad Bimla,Irfan Ahmed Deadad, Mushtaq Ahmed Benth.
The participants from all three tehsils appreciated for conducting meet and assured to support the confederation in future for Save Rights Movement.
