| AP Youth Wing holds protest in support of FAA candidates | |
Jammu, August 08 (Scoop News)- Apni Party Youth Wing today organized a peaceful protest demonstration in support of Finance Accounts Assistant (FAA) who are seeking release of final selection list.
To extend their support to the protesting FAA, the State Youth Coordinator, Sunny Kant Chib organised a protest in front of the Press Club, Jammu alongwith other leaders viz District Organising Secretary, Archana Kaul, District Vice President Youth Wing, Abhinav Gupta, Dheeraj Verma, Sandeep Verma, Vivek Gupta, District Senior Vice President Youth Wing Sandeep Vaid and others organised a protest in front of the Press Club, Jammu.
Speaking on the occasion, Sunny Kant Chib said that the demand of the FAA is genuine and it must be accepted by the Govt by releasing the final selection list.
“The cancelling of the list will add more problems and the aspirants who have performed well and figured will become over aged. The Govt must consider the demands of the protesting FAA and release the list as early as possible,” he added.
He said that Apni Party stands with the protesting FAA and other unemployed youth in J&K who appeared in competitive exams but the results were delayed or in some cases selection lists were cancelled following allegations of malpractice.
“The accused be brought to justice instead of cancelling the entire list. The Govt should bring to book the accused persons and avoid creating harsh situations for the aspirants who have cleared the selection process fairly,” he added.
Meanwhile, other Youth Wing leaders also spoke on the occasion.
