| Mathematical Sciences Olympiad Awareness Program organized by IUST | | 
Awantipora,July 24 (Scoop News)-The Department of Mathematical Sciences, Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Kashmir today organized an awareness program on Mathematical Olympiad at Mantaqi Memorial Wakf Higher Secondary School-Awantipora. The program witnessed huge participation of students of fostering a spirit of mathematical inquiry and excellence.
Dr. Peer Bilal, Head Department of Mathematical Sciences, underscored the importance of the Mathematical Olympiad and highlighted the significance of such competitions in enhancing problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and fostering a deep appreciation for mathematics among young learners.
Dr. Bilal Ahmad Para, faculty Department of Mathematical Sciences, provided a comprehensive overview of the different stages of the Olympiad, and equiped students with the knowledge and tools required to excel in such prestigious competitions.
