| CEC Dr Akhoon attends concluding day of Yom-E-Fateh | | Presents “Martyrs' Memorial Gifts” as a token of appreciation to Veer Naris | 
Kargil,November23 (Scoop News)-On the concluding day of Yom-e-Fateh, Chairman/Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC, Kargil, Dr Mohd Jaffer Akhoon today commemorated the sacrifices of Army Jawans who laid down their lives performing their duties.
During the event Deputy GOC, Jai Deep Chandra, Brigadier Prateek Prashar Commander 121 Infantry BDG, Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC, Kargil, Shrikant Balasaheb Suse, SSP Kargil, Shree Ram R, District Officers, Army Officers and Officials, Veer Naris, students of different schools were present.
CEC Kargil paid rich tributes to the martyrs and saluted their bravery and selflessness. “Today, we remember the ultimate sacrifices of our heroes who defended our nation's sovereignty and integrity. Their courage and valour will always be imprinted in our hearts,” he said.
“We are committed to honoring the legacy of our fallen heroes and ensuring that their sacrifices are never forgotten. We will continue to work toward building a stronger and more resilient nation, where every citizen can live with dignity and pride,” Dr Akhoon said.
Meanwhile, the CEC of Kargil presented "Martyrs' Memorial Gifts" as a token of appreciation to the Veer Naris, whose husbands sacrificed their lives while performing their duties at the borders.
