Police Organizes Career Guidance Programme on Civil Services at Government Women’s College Anantnag

Srinagar, December 21 (Scoop News)-Police in Anantnag in collaboration with Government Women’s College Anantnag, conducted a Career Guidance Programme titled “Civil Services as a Career and its Dynamics” to inspire and guide students towards pursuing careers in civil services.

The event featured three newly inducted civil servants, Mr. Tarun Patnaik (IAS 2023), Ms. Swathi Patnaik (IAS 2023), and Mr. Saurabh Narendra (IPS 2023), who shared their journeys, insights, and practical advice on preparing for the civil services examination. They also engaged in an interactive session, addressing students' queries and motivating them with their success stories.

Principal Government Women’s College Prof. Masood Ahmad Malik expressed his gratitude to the officers for their valuable guidance and presented mementos as a token of appreciation. He commended Police for their initiative in organizing the event, which was well-received by the students.

This Career Guidance Programme reflects Police's commitment in supporting the educational and professional aspirations of the youth in the district. Students participated enthusiastically and expressed their determination to strive for excellence in civil services.
