| LAHD-SSRB Leh Conducts Counselling for Provisionally Shortlisted Candidates | | under 10+2 Level Examination |
Leh, January 19 (Scoop News)-The Leh Autonomous Hill Development Subordinate Services Recruitment Board (LAHD-SSRB) successfully conducted counselling for provisionally shortlisted candidates at Paras Hall, Boys Higher Secondary School, Leh, in connection with recruitment against 534 vacancies. The written examinations were conducted for 76 vacancies advertised under the 10+2 Level Examination.
The Secretary, LAHD-SSRB / Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre, Leh, Rehmatullah Butt (JKAS), welcomed Additional District Development Commissioner Leh, Sonam Nurboo (JKAS) and all the candidates. He explained the counselling process in detail and guided candidates on exercising their post and department preferences. He also emphasised that candidates facing any issues or confusion should feel free to approach the officers present for assistance.
During the counselling, all shortlisted candidates were provided an opportunity to choose posts strictly in order of merit. Candidates with higher merit were given priority in selecting posts, after which they were allowed to choose their preferred departments against the available vacancies.
The counselling process was conducted in a transparent and fair manner, strictly in accordance with the prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring equal opportunity for all candidates.
