| CPO Leh Chairs DMFT Review Meeting to Assess Fund Utilization | |
Leh, February 20 (Scoop News)-Chief Planning Officer (CPO), Leh, Tsewang Gyalson, chaired a meeting of the District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMFT) today at the VC Room, DC Office Leh, to review the utilization of DMFT funds.
During the meeting, the CPO conducted a detailed review of both pending and completed cases under the DMFT. After thorough deliberations, necessary approvals were accorded to the pending cases as per norms.
The meeting also examined new proposals, including procurement of sports equipments,upgradation of schools, procurement of ambulances for a health centres, among other developmental initiatives.
Emphasising the judicious and need-based utilization of funds, the CPO stressed that priority should be given to genuine and essential requirements to ensure maximum benefit to the public.
The meeting was attended by the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Education Officer, Assistant Commissioner Dev., District Mineral Officer, and other members of the DMFT committee .
