| Police takes action against traffic violations in Baramulla | | 5 motorcycles seized |
Srinagar, July 18 (Scoop News)- Continuing its drive to ensure road safety and enforce traffic regulations, Police Station Chandoosa, conducted a traffic checking drive during which five motorcyclists were found riding without the requisite vehicle documents.
Acting in accordance with the law, all five motorcycles were seized under Section 207 of the Motor Vehicles Act for violations of the prescribed legal provisions.
J&K Police urges all motorists to carry valid driving licences, registration certificates, insurance documents, and pollution certificates while driving and to strictly adhere to the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act. Such enforcement drives will continue across the district to promote responsible driving and enhance road safety.
