Khaltse, August 31 (Scoop News)-Govt. Model School Liker was deeply honoured and blessed today by the gracious presence of His Eminence Skyabje Choskong Palga Rinpochey, who visited the school and addressed students, staff, and members of the local community on the vital issue of drug and alcohol addiction.
