Jammu, May 26 (Scoop News) – Panun Kashmir today said that Interlocutors’ report was a crude joke with the geo political aspirations of the Kashmiri Pandit community.Panun Kashmir,President Vijay Bhat said that this report is liable to be out rightly rejected being totally apathetic and unconcerned about the genocide of Kashmiri Pandits, the original inhabitants of the valley.
While speaking in a meeting of Panun Kashmir,President Vijay Bhat said that this report is liable to be out rightly rejected being totally apathetic and unconcerned about the genocide of Kashmiri Pandits, the original inhabitants of the valley.

He termed the report as not only retrograde but a failure on the issues of the reversal of the causes of the hounding out of the entire community from the valley and their 23 years of exile is nobody’s concern , least interlocutors’. Bhat said that even after the forcible exodus of the community, their religious, cultural and historical signs are , under a diabolical design being destroyed, usurped and encroached upon in Kashmir which the interlocutors are reportedly in know of but have conveniently and deliberately ignored in the report. He wondered what was the enactment of this drama all about - wasting money time and so called the interface exercise with the leadership of the community.

Sanjay Dattatareya, National co- ordinator wondered about the irrelevant and redundant issues making part and substance of the report rather than coming out with a firm and cogent suggestions in respect of the aspirations of the community, the main victims of the built up embroil of Kashmir “issue”, concerning return, based on their geo political resolve of a Homeland in the valley, with full writ of the constitution of India and the constitutional institutions and laws.

Sanjay Dattatareya, further said that reviewing central laws and their applicability to the state after 1952 as recommended by the Inoculators, was nothing but endorsing and encouraging the elements which were hell bent upon widening the gulf between the state and the Union of India and in that scenario, the interests of the exiled community were imperiled.

Smt. Sudesha Kaul lambasted the report as being silent about the worst type of injustice heaped on the Kashmiri Pandit community who were exiled by the communal and fundamentalist elements only because being innocent, peace loving and believers in the principles of mutual co- existence. Since that has been discarded and rejected by the majority community, Kashmiri Pandits’ return to the valley as per their aspirations should have been on the top priority of the report. It has failed on that front and hence deserves to be rejected cent percent.

Rajinder Kaul, Sanjay Raina,Omkar Nath Bhat, Smt. Vijay Sapru, Rakesh Peer, SK Khabri, Vijay jee were among others present in the meeting in which a firm resolve was made to intensify the peaceful struggle for getting a separate Homeland in Kashmir as the only solution to the problem of return of the hounded out community .
