| PDP express shock over the tragic accident at Pahalgam | | Srinagar, August 21 (Scoop News) - Peoples Democratic party (PDP) President Ms Mehbooba Mufti and party General Secretary have expressed grief over the tragic road accident at Salar Pahalgam road today in which many persons were killed and many were injured. The bus which met an accident was going for picnic to Pahalgam carrying passengers from Sopore.
Expressing deep sorrow over the tragic loss of precious lives on the pious occasion of Eid ul fitr the two leaders conveyed sympathy and shared grief with the bereaved families on this hour of grave tragedy and prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in this tragic accident.
The two leaders urged for immediate relief and free medical facilities to the injured .
Among other leaders who expressed their shock and grief over the accident include Senior leader Muzaffar Hussain Baig, Senior vice president Molvi Iftikhar Ansari, Mohd Sartaj Madni MLA, Tariq Hameed Karra, Ab Haq Khan MLA, Naeem Akhtar, Mohd Altaf Bukhari, Syed Basharat Bukhari MLA, Nizamudin Bhat MLA and others.
