Gujjar leader demanded dismissal of MLA for his anti India remarks
Srinagar:September 1 (Scoop News) - Expressing deep anguish over the anti National behavior of Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Langate, Eshfaq-ul- Rehman Poswal ,President, Akhil Bhartiya Gujjar Maha Sabha, Jammu and Kashmir Chapter today urged upon the J&K Governor to dismiss the Er. Rashid’s Membership of Legislative Assembly and initiate an immediate inquiry against him for his unwarranted attitude towards the constitution of India and Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir.

In an appeal to Sh. N.N. Vohra, Sh. Poswal demanded arrest of Er Rashid, MLA Langate for his venomous speeches against the Sovereignty and integrity of India. Citing an example from a meeting of Dehli Policy Group held at SKICC, Srinagar on 30th of August of 2012 wherein Er Rashid termed the august audience as monkeys and dogs of India. After that he(Er. Rashid) shouted slogan against Indian security forces which is highly objectionable, Poswal added.
Condemning this act of nuisance posed by the MLA , Sh. Poswal expressed deep resentment for using derogatory and defamatory languages against him also. He said he will sue Er. Rashid in court of Law for defaming in glare of public. Poswal said that Er. Rashid has created unnecessary hurdle in organizing the meeting of Dehli Policy Group held to get feedback over the interlocutors report for media hype which is highly condemnable.

Poswal threatened that his organization - Akhil Bhartiya Gujjar Maha Sabha, Jammu and Kashmir Chapter -will hold series of demonstration against such anti national MLAs. He said that they will ‘Gherao’ all anti national forces including Er. Rashid in their constituencies.

He demanded thorough investigation into the MLA constituency Development Fund utilized by Er. Rashid for last 4 years, Poswal alleged that the MLA has not utilized a single penny in tribal area of Langate Constituencies. He said further alleged that the Gujjar area are discriminated deliberately by the MLA. He identified neglected areas as Nowgam B, Khodegaam, Manabal, Nakote, Selatro, Gund Kamal, Dogar, Ringapath , hethirmade and other areas. He said that during his visit to Gujjar populated areas of Langat constituency a number of delegation met him and alleged about discriminating attitude of MLA, langate with their areas with regards to developmental activities.
