| Weeklong Losar festival conclude in Hunder village, Nubra | | Leh, December 24 (Scoop News)-On the conclusion of weeklong Losar festival in Hunder village, Nubra on 23rd December, 2012, the Executive Councilor for Health Dr. Sonam Wangchuk who was the chief guest on the occasion said that Losar is an auspicious occasion and this important customs and traditions which have passed on to us by our ancestors must be preserved at all cost. He said that LAHDC, Leh has always given its full support for promotion and preservation of our culture, customs as well as traditional songs and dances and urged the people to maintain these values along with promoting the age old communal harmony by wishing each others on such auspicious occasions.
The event was also attended by block level offices, members of Nyamthun Tsogspa, Ama Tsogspa and the people of Hunder village.
