JK CM,Minsters,PDP condemn killing of Sarpanch
Jammu, January 11(Scoop News) –JK CM,Minsters,PDP condemns the killing of Sarpanch Habib Ullah Mir of Sopore by unidentified gunman today

Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah has condemned the killing of Sarpanch at Bomie, Sopore describing it a heinous crime against humanity.
In his condolence message to the bereaved family, Omar Abdullah expressed solidarity with them and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.


Minister for Rural Development, Ali Mohammad Sagar has condoled the demise of Sarpanch, Habib Ullah Mir of Sopore who was killed by unidentified gunman today.
In a message, the Minister said that killing of innocents serves no purpose and the perpetrators of this heinous crime should understand the fact that bloodshed leads to know where.
The Minister hoped that the family of the deceased would be able to bear this irreparable loss.
Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Hasan Mir and Minister of state for Home, Nasir Aslam Wani have expressed profound grief and shock over the killing of Sarpanch at Sopore who was killed by unidentified gunman today.
In a message, the Ministers described the killing as coward and inhumane act which only will lead to self destruction and havoc thus derailing the peace process in the state. “Innocent killings reflect the frustration of disgruntled elements who are least bothered about the welfare of people of the state but are hell bent upon to create disturbance in the state which is witnessing a new era of peace and development”, they added.
The Ministers prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and extended sympathies with the bereaved family.

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has condemned the killing of Habibullah Mir Sarpanch haling from Bomai Sopore who was killed by unknown gunmen this morning in his residence. Terming it heinous and barbaric act PDP President lashed out at the govt for failing to provide security to Panchayat members facing threats and accused it of turning democratic institutions in the state "irrelevant".
She said such incidents are very unfortunate and it is the responsibility of the state government to ensure their security and bring the perpetrators of such heinous crime to justice.
Senior Party leader Molvi Iftikhar Hussain Ansari, Party General Secretary Mohd Dilawar Mir, Dr Shahzad Asim also condemned the killing and expressed sympathies with the bereaved family.
