| Keep the Zabarvan, Harvan area free from polythene :INSAAF | |
Srinagar, April 26 (Scoop News) – INSAAF which is exclusively social organization today demands Establishment of Zabarvan, Harvan Development Authority for effective Development of the area
In a meeting attended by various members of Insaaf held here at sringar ,the issue of establishment of Zabarvan ,Harvan development authority was raised.The meeting was chaired by chairman Idara Insaaf, khwaja Renzu shah. All the executive members and zonal members of idera attented meeting.The age-old demand of establishment of Zabarvan ,Harvan Development Authority was discussed .
It was pointed out that entire Zabarvan range and Harvan range is one of the beautiful tourist destinations of the valley of Kashmir. This range was developed during Mughal period keeping its importance in view. Even sheikh-ul-AlamRH said that fragrance of heaven was present in the area. The speakers said that important tourist spots like Chismashahi,Nishat,Shalimar,Harvan,FakirGujri,Theet,Dhara,Khimber,Chittergam,Panchowk,Khrew and other historically valuable areas are present in this range which require proper development. They said that area’s like Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and Sonamarg and other tourist destination were properly established and developed for which idara Insaaf compliment its effective role but feel that Zabarvan and Harvan should have been the first Development Authority to provide apportitunities to the people of the area to be the participant of the development and the employment.
The members and the representatives of these areas who participated in the meeting expressed their confidence that Insaaf will work vigorously for accomplishment of this age-old demand of people. The members also decided that keeping the importance of this range in view and in order to protect its fertility, the use of polythene material should be completely prohibited in the range. Even visiting tourists were requested to keep this area polythene free and help in maintaining its age old beauty.
