Adopt a foolproof method to conduct of written tests:SKCS | | Srinagar, April 26 (Scoop News) –South Kashmir Civil Society(SKCS) today urges authorities of Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC), JKSSRB and other recruiting boards /agencies to adopt a foolproof method to conduct of written tests for the recently advertised posts, so that the real talent is employed in various sectors of the state for which screening tests are to be conducted, for this purpose Optical Magnetic Resonance Answer Sheet (OMRAS) be Xeroxed in every examination centre, once the candidate submits the answer sheet, and be provided to the candidate instantly.
SKCS in a statement reiterates that the same procedure should be adopted in entrance tests whether for professional or academic degrees, which include CET conducted by BOPEE, besides University of Kashmir, University of Jammu, Shar-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Shar-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology(SKUAST) Srinagar /Jammu, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGBU), Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Mata Vaishnu Devi University (MVDV) and such like autonomous bodies should also be brought under this ambit. SKCS urges upon government to legislate /make necessary arrangement for the impartial and unbiased talent identification in Jammu and Kashmir.
SKCS, maintains that interviews meant for the recruitment in JKPSC/SSRB or other recruiting agencies along with universities and boards should be digitally recorded and if need arises be made public, otherwise there has been always a psychological projection that most of the interviews/ entrance tests are shrouded in mystery. ... |
