| Rigzin Spalbar condemns Bodh Gaya blasts | | 
Leh, July 7 (Scoop News)-The Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Leh Rigzin Spalbar on behalf of the people of Ladakh strongly condemned the serial explosions that rocked the Mahabodhi Temple complex in Bodh Gaya this morning, leaving at least five people injured. CEC urged the Govt. to leave no stone unturned to take the criminals into detention whosoever involved in this heinous act.
In his statement, Rigzin Spalbar said that it is high time to handover the management of entire Bodh Gaya Temples to the Buddhists so that the security and safety of the temples is ensured in future.
It is to mention that total nine blasts took place in quick succession between 5.30 am and 6 am in the temple complex and near the Mahabodhi tree early this morning. Fortunately the sanctum sanctorum of the Mahabodhi Temple is intact and there was no damage to the Bodhi Tree or the main temple structure.
