| Bhalla claps mahurat shot for bollywood movie “Hum Tum Dushman Dushman’’ | |  Jammu, February 24, (Scoop News)-Minister for Housing, Horticulture and Culture, RamanBhalla, today set rolling the shooting of a bollywood movie ‘’ Hum Tum Dushman Dushman’’ at a Mahurat function organised by Dollar Group International at Sunjwan, Jammu.
Being directed by Iqbal Durrani and produced by Akhtar Rasool, the movie would have Mashaal Durrani and Sohini Paul as its introducing stars.
The button of the camera for muhurat shot was pressed by CEO Simula Group of Companies, Hilal Rather and initiation for action was given by Director Information, Tasaduq Jeelani. Besides, member BCCI, Ranjeet Kalra and various dignitaries were present on the ocassion.
Famous bollywood actor Mukesh Rishi, would be playing one of the major roles in the movie.
Expressing gratitude to the movie makers for choosing Jammu city and other areas of the Province for shooting, Bhalla appealed the bollywood industry to shoot more such events in Jammu and Kashmir which has a notable history of facilitating numerous super hit creations. He also exhorted upon the need of extending an opportunity to state’s local talent in such bollywood movies adding that J&K has given a number of legendary actors and artists to this fast growing industry of the country
The Minister also expressed happiness over the fact that now various reputed filmmakers are choosing Jammu & Kashmir for shooting their creations. “This will help present the State once again as the most suitable and liked destination for shooting of films”, he added.
Highlighting government’s efforts of encouraging cultural and literary activities in the State, the Minister said that during the past few years the State has witnessed tremendous addition in hosting rich big events besides registering a steep rise in its tourist influx. He said that this clearly reflects the changed atmosphere in the State adding that the government would ensure every support to the people who want to invest in our State in any way.
Worthwhile to mention here that Director Iqbal Durrani is a renowned Producer, Director and Writer of Bollywood Film Industry who has the credit of making super hit movies like Phool aur Kaante , Khuddar, Khoram and 40 more hit films.
Later, Iqbal Durrani presented a detailed review of their new venture Bollywood feature film. He appreciated the love and affection received from the people of Jammu and assured that he will explore possibilities for launching more such projects in the City of Temples.
