| Polling parties dispatched for Ramnagar, Chenani, Udhampur Constituencies | | Udhampur, April 16, (Scoop News)-In all 3 Assembly Segments of Udhampur constituency, polling parties have been dispatched in the presence of General Observer, Dr. Ravishanker J and District Election Officer, Udhampur, Mrs. Yasha Mudgal, to far off destinations with poll materials and EVMs for Udhampur, Chenani, Ramnagar constituencies from Govt. Degree College (boys) and Govt Women College Udhampur here today.
The District Election Officer, Udhampur has emphasized upon the Zonal and Sector Magistrates including Zonal and Sector Officers of the Police to ensure better coordination on the day of polling on April, 17, 2014 in the district to ensure effective polling.
The ARO’s for Udhampur, Chenani, Ramnagar constituencies and other senior civil and police officers were present on the occasion.
The District Election Officer impressed upon the ARO’s, Zonal and Sector Magistrates to ensure that poll parties should reach their destinations well in time.
