Srinagar,April 17, (Scoop News)- One person died while a minor girl was injured in two separate road traffic accidents across the valley.
An unknown vehicle hit and injured a person on NHW near Court Complex Tanchabagh, in the jurisdiction of Police station Pampore, Awantipora. The injured was shifted to Sub District hospital, Pampore where doctors declared him brought dead. Pampore Police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, a motorcycle bearing registration number JK04/7891 hit and injured a five years old girl Bilkees Shafi daughter of Mohammad Shafi resident of Kralgund Handwara at Kralgund. The injured was shifted Hospital for treatment. Handwara Police has registered a case in this regard.
Man injured in Kupwara
27 years old Sajad Hussain Shah son of Ghulab Shah resident of Panjtara Karnah got critically injured when he slipped off from a hill at Panjtara, in the jurisdiction of police station Karnah. He was shifted to hospital for treatment.
House damaged in fire
A residential house was damaged in fire in Sherghari area here on Wednesday evening.
Fire broke out in the joint residential house of Mangat Singh and Hukomat Singh at Solina, in the jurisdiction of police station Shergari, Srinagar, resulting in partial damage to the house. Fire was brought under control with the help of fire tenders and police.
