GGF’s 3 days Leadership training program concluded


Jammu, July 28, (Scoop News)-Gandhi Global Family concluded three days Leadership training program at International Youth Hostel, New Delhi, which was inaugurated on 25th July by IYH President Shri Harish Saxena. The students have been interacting with a wide spectrum of leaders on various issues such as Youth as bridge to Community Services; Youth as an agent of Communal Harmony; Youth and drug-free life style; Youth, Diversity & Nation Building; and Youth & Sports. Students actively participated in various debated and discussions, which was framed jointly by GGF and IYH. “ All students have gained an appreciation of how to multifaceted the world and how many opportunities exist in it for them.” said Saxena. While addressing the youth, Shri Janak Raj Gupta, former MP, urged them to participate in nation building process, so that we can come up with a strong INDIA. Shri S N Sharma, GGF National Advisor stressed that a Strong INDIA cannot be developed at the cost of communal harmony and cultural & linguistic diversity.
Padmashri S P Varma, Vice President Gandhi Global Family encouraged youth to participate in community development services and also to engage in communal harmony activities. He emphasised that the role of the leader is to empower others, not to infuse communal hatred seeds among public. India is very diverse and we cherish diversity and every citizen should feel proud of our religious and cultural pluralism.
Ashok Kapoor, Chairperson GGF New Delhi also stimulated the atmosphere by comforting students to open their heart and speak directly to the prominent dignitaries. The entire program was two way communications where everyone contributed. Students who participated were Rohit kumar,Govind Singh Mehra, Umashankar,Rani Sinha, Chandan Kumar, Tej pal singh, Ashish Chauhan, Pooja Chauhan, Deepa Sharma, Sunder, Priyanka, Nisha Chauhan, Ravi, Soniya, Priyanka, Vipin Chandel and Mahesh Chaudhary. While the other prominent dignitaries present on the occasion were Vijay Sharma, Dalip Swan, Smt Uma Das, Sudhir Vats, Mr Chuba Samir, Shri Rohit Nayer and Ankush Varma.
