| 2 Laborers drowned in South Kashmir | | House damaged in fire |
Srinagar, July 28, (Scoop News)- Two laborers drowned in Jhelum near Sangam Anantnag last evening. Police is on job to fish out the bodies of drowned persons.
Two laborers of RAMKAY Constructions Company Shrivind Kumar aged about 21 years son of Girdari Lal resident of Shalipader Kishtwar and Bittu Singh aged about 25 years son of Sher Singh resident of Kanthi Ramban drowned in River Jehlum while bathing near Work Site at Sangam in the jurisdiction of police station Bijbehara. Anantnag Police is on job to fish out the bodies of drowned persons from the river.
House damaged in fire
Fire broke out in Joint residential house of Mohammad Yosuf Dar at Solina Payeen, in the jurisdiction of police station Shergari, Srinagar resulting in damage to the house. Fire was brought under control by fire tenders/Police.
