| ACD inspects works in Gundna Block | | Doda, September 23, (Scoop News)-Assistant Commissioner Development, Doda, Dhananter Singh, along with Block Development Officer Gundna conducted an extensive tour of various Panchayats in Gundna Block to inspect ongoing developmental works being carried out under MGNREGA and other Rural Development Department schemes.
While inspecting the works, the ACD directed the field functionaries to strictly follow the guidelines while executing the works so that the funds are utilized properly for the development and upliftment of rural masses.
He also revealed that teams of officers have been constituted in the entire District for verification of works and their quality to ensure transparency and work culture.
He enjoined upon the officers and field functionaries to redouble their efforts and ensure that the benefit of Rural Development Department Schemes reaches to the deserving beneficiary.
