| JKNPP to observe 67th J&K Accession Day in Delhi, Jammu, Srinagar on 27th October | |  Jammu, October 21, (Scoop News)- J&K National Panthers Party declared that it shall celebrate 67th Anniversary of J&K Accession with the Union of India which took place on 27th October, 1947 when Governor-General Lord Mountbatten signed the Instrument of Accession on 27th October, 1947 which was offered by Maharaja Hari Singh of J&K by signing the same on 26th October, 1947.
Prof.Bhim Singh, the Founder of JKNPP described the protest day being held by an outdated POK leader, Barrister Sultan Mehmood on 26th October in London, U.K. as unfortunate, undesirable and unacceptable by the people of J&K who acceded to the Union of India voluntarily when invaded by Pak-sponsored men in uniform on 22nd October, 1947. Prof.Bhim Singh regretted that PPP (Pakistan Peoples Party) has not learnt any lesson from the past history and past leaders of PPP. PPP President Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is being launched into the dark clouds hovering over the democracy in Pakistan by raising the dead issue of so-called Kashmir dispute which was settled by his maternal grandfather, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto by signing Simla Agreement with Mrs. Indira Gandhi in 1972. Mr. Bilawal should have read the thesis his grandfather pronounced during his premiership that he shall fight for 1000 years with India to take Kashmir. Where were his supporters when the same leader was killed inside the prison by the dictators of Pakistan? Mr. Bilawal has found some sycophants in POK like Sultan Mehmood to beat the trumpets in London in the name of so-called Kashmir dispute knowing well that there are no takers in UK.
Prof.Bhim Singh said that the Panthers Party shall organize a befitting reply to the so-called London Conference on 27th October only and shall script the resolutions of the Security Council in the mirror of Pakistan itself. NPP leader reminded those who want to divert the attention of the peace-loving people of Pakistan that United Nations in its resolution dated 13.08.1948 had directed Pakistan to vacate all its armed forces and the civilians settled in the occupied territories of J&K. May it be Gilgit, Baltistan, Mirpur or Muzaffrabad. The Panthers Party calls on those who have not yet gone through the coloumns of the UN Resolution, quoted above, and judge themselves as to who have violated the UN Resolutions. Gilgit-Baltistan have since been annexed by Pakistan as its fifth province and they have an elected Chief Minister as well. Is Pakistan prepared to walk away from Gilgit-Baltistan and POK?
JKNPP has advised all its units in J&K and in the rest of the country to carry this message to the people in India and abroad so that everybody understands about the real dispute.
