| NC launches door-to-door campaign in Poonch | | Poonch,November 24, (Scoop News)- Sr National Conference leader S Gurdeep Singh Sasan on Monday castigated Peoples Democratic Party and Bharatiya Janata Party for pursuing divisive politics, saying they are exposed before the people for their rhetoric and false sloganeering.
During door to door campaign in favour of National Conference candidate in Poonch, Mr Sasan said the people want development and progress which can be ensured alone by his party.
The campaign was carried out from Ala Peer to Shesh Mahal in the town.
Mr Sasan said the public opinion cannot be hoodwinked by maliciaous propaganda against National Conference which is credited with steering the state to peace, progress and development.
He enumerated the achievements of the Omar led government and said the past six years have witnessed introduction of revolutionary measures for making the administrative responsive and accountable besides putting the state on fast track development.
Mr Sasan urged the people to vote for National Conference, saying this will be support to its progressive and people friendly policies.
Qazi Syed Beigh, Gurdeep Singh saraf and other party functionaries also accompanied Mr Sasan during his door-to-door campaign.
