| DC Bandipora visits Sonawari, DC Bandipora visits Sonawari | | Bandipora, March 30 (Scoop News)-In order to review the situation which emerged due to recent heavy rains, Deputy Commissioner Bandipora today visited various water logged areas of Sonawari Tehsil and interacted with the officers and public representatives.
The Deputy Commissioner on the occasion directed the concerned officers to gear up their staff to combat the situation. He asked the officers to ensure that the people do not face any inconvenience with regard to ration, drinking water, electricity, transport, road connectivity etc. He issued immediate instructions for using all the available dewatering pumps in the area. He asked the PDD Engineers to ensure power supply on priority besides to look into public grievances with sympathy.
