| District Police Leh organises a Concert for charity | |
Srinagar, August 31 (Scoop News)-Under operation Jullay District Police Leh in association with Blackstratblues (Mumbai), Ladakh Buddhist Association Youth Wing, Anjuma Moin-u-Islam Youth Wing, Anjuman Imamia Youth wing and ALTOA organized a concert for Charity on 29th of August 2015 at historical Polo-ground Leh to raise funds for the victims of flash flood of District Leh.
Eminent artists from Mumbai, Delhi including local artists mesmerized the three hours show. About 3000 spectators mostly youths including foreign tourists thronged at polo ground to witness the show. An amount of Rs. 04 lacs approximately was collected which shall be handed over to the Deputy Commissioner Leh.
The general people of Leh and religious associations lauded the initiative of District Police Leh for organizing such charity show.
