| Dy CM condemns killing of police officer | | Pays tributes to slaim Army personnel | Srinagar, October 7,(Scoop News)- The Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Nirmal Singh has strongly condemned the killing of Police Officer namely Altaf Ahmed who was killed by anti-naitonal elements at Bandipora here today.
In a statement, the Deputy Chief Minister said that these acts of cowerdice are against the basic tenets of human values and should be condemned by one and all.
He said such inhuman actions are handiwork of the elements who are trying hard to disrupt peaceful atomospher and revive the dark era of chaos and destruction in the state.
“The recent events of the killing 4 army jawans at Handwara are also condembale and we should synergise our efforts to defeat the nefarious designs of the enemy. The sacrifices of these bravehearts for upholding the soverignty would be rememberd for long.”, he added.
The Deputy Chief Minister while expressing sympathy with the families of the deceased prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul.
