Rajouri,November 22 (Scoop News)-Minority community students in Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Rajouri have approached Chief Minister for taking cognizance of anti-India slogans and pro-Pakistan slogans raised in University recently and also requested for taking action against identified miscreants along with Mentor Professors.

Javed Masarat, Honble VC BGSBU, Principal Secretary to Honble Chief Minister, Director General of Police, J&K, Commissioner Secretary Higher Education, Additional DGP, CID, J&K Director, Incharge, Research Analysis Wing (RAW), Rajouri, Incharge, Intelligence Bureau, Rajouri, Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri , SSP Rajouri and SHO Rajouri has said that on 6th November evening the hostel boarders with the moral support of two three teachers instigated anti India campaign in the BGSB University Campus to malign the image of this institution and pressurize the new VC who is highly qualified, competent scholar, international fame scientist. These students continuously raised anti-India slogans and pro-Pakistan slogans viz. “PAKISTAN ZINDABAD, JEEVE JEEVE PAKISTAN, HUM KYA CHAHTE HEIN AAZADI” for about an hour in the Campus on 6th November, 2015 evening.
The said that miscreants started slogans in front of the university guest house and marched up to BJRC hostel. Dean of students was although present in the campus but remained mute spectator.

Miscrents always create tension in this Institution and have a track record of mentor of anti national protests in the Campus with the support of few teachers. Although the administration and agencies are fully aware about the activities of these students but it is astonishing that this time neither University nor District and Police Administration of Rajouri took any cognizance against the unlawful activities of raising anti-National slogans in the Campus. But such activities are hurting us because we cannot tolerate anti-national activities in the institution which we consider as Mandir of education.

Minority students said that unfortunate that the aim of establishing of this University was to create best human resource for guiding the nation but here the situation is totally opposite as the University is approaching to create safe heaven for separatists elements and changing this prestigious Institution as a hub of anti national elements who can only think against the national interests and malign the image of this University. This is high time to take stern action against the culprits so that this institution can be saved from big damage.
The entire minority community students are under harassment and chaos because of these anti national activities being done by these culprits on several occasions weather it is a cricket match or Hon’ble Prime Minister’s visit.
They said that all these activities done by these culprits/ boarders under the patronage of few teachers is damaging the composite culture of this campus which is a dream institution of Jb. Mufti Mohammed Sayeed, Hon’ble Chief Minister and Chancellor of this University.
They requested CM to book these miscreant students under PSA and Unlawful Activities Act by lodging an FIR against them and their Mentor teachers for raising Anti-India and Pro Pakistan slogans so that an example may be set for future. ...
