| Police public meets held in Shopian | |
Srinagar, February 17, (Scoop News)- In order to bridge the gap between police and public, Shopian police held two police public meetings in Zainapora and Keller areas.
In Zainapora the police public meeting was held in Police Station Zainapora which was chaired by SHO Zainapora Shri Peer Gulzar Ahmad. Large number of respectable citizens of nearby villages and traders association members attended the meeting.
The participants raised some issues and problems during the meeting. The officer present in the meeting assured them that their grievances will be redressed shortly by contacting the concerned departments and higher officers.
In Keller, the police public meeting was held at Police Station Keller which was chaired by DYSP Keller Shri Shafat Mohammad, besides SHO Keller Shri Shamim Ahmad was also present in the meeting. A good number of respectable citizens and teenagers attended the meeting. Some issues and problems were raised by the participants during the meeting.
