Jammu, February 24, (Scoop News)- Former MLC and National Conference Minority Cell Chairperson Mr Bushan Lal Bhat has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri and expressed the hope that the festival would be celebrated with spirit of harmony and brotherhood.
