| Northern Command holds yoga camp on International Yoga Day | | 
Udhampur, June 21, (Scoop News)-A Yoga camp was organized on the occasion of International Yoga Day in Udhampur under the aegis of HQ Northern Command at Bikram Park on Wednesday.
Approx 1500 soldiers and ladies attended the same with great enthusiasm. Qualified Yoga instructors assisted in performance of Yoga and imparted knowledge on the art and science of Yoga to all present.
Aasans, Pranayam and Dhyan and their benefits were brought out and it was emphasized that Yoga is not just an exercise but a way of life for healthy living.
Similar Yoga camps were also conducted by other Army units and formations of HQ Northern Command across the entire state of Jammu and Kashmir.... |
