Range Police Headquarters Baramulla organizes Art & Painting competition

Srinagar, July 22, (Scoop News)-Range police headquarters Baramulla has organized art and painting competition at District police Lines Baramulla Today.
Over 60 students from Eight schools including St. Joseph HSS Baramulla Guru Nanak Dev Model School Baramulla, Budding Bloom Experiential School Baramulla, JK Police Public School Baramulla, JK Police public School Kupwara and Govt. Middle School Khawajabagh Baramulla participated in the event. The event was distributed in two categories in junior as well as senior level on the topic “life is fun for junior level )and “Clean Kashmir Green Kashmir” for senior level.
In the senior level category, Afreen Yousuf of JK Police Public School Baramulla, Snober Ashraf of JK Police Public School Baramulla and Awleen Kour Sodhi Dudding Bloom Experimental School Baramulla were presented first, second and third prize respectively.
In this category the consolation prize was presented to Ambreen Kour of Budding Bloom Experimental school Baramulla, Mohammad Asif of JK Police Public school Baramulla and Tamana Shabir of Budding Bloom Experimental School Baramulla.
In the Junior category Syed Bisma Fatima of JK police Public School Baramulla achieved first prize while as Ishmeet Kour and Mahnoor Aijaz both from Saint Josephs Hr.Sec School Baramulla were presented 2nd and third prize respectively.
In this category the consolations prize was given to Hadiya Nisar Matoo of Budding Bloom Experimental School Baramulla, Hazim Gulzar of Government Middle School Khawajabagh Baramulla and Insha Waseem Guru Nanak Dev Model School Baramulla.
On the Occasion, Shri Nitish Kumar, the chief guest of the function in his speech highlighted the importance of the extra curricular activities in school time. He said painting and art help in not only inculcating creativity among children, but also help in all round development of their personalities.
He also thanked the jury members comprising of Shri Showket Hussain Vice Principal Government Girls Hr. Sec School Baramulla, Shri Manzoor Ahmad Wani Principal Government Boys Hr. Sec. School Baramulla and Ms. Hamida Lone CPO RPHQ Baramulla.
Shri Nitish Kumar appreciated proactive role of Principal and other staff of J&K PPS Baramulla in bringing about a revolutionary change in the functioning of the school.
The function was concluded with the prize distribution ceremony in which Shri. Nitish Kumar and Shri Imityaz Hussain SSP Baramulla distributed Prizes and certificates among the meritorious students and participants.
And the end of the function, Shri Nitish Kumar place on record the appreciation of for Shr. Manzoor Ahmad DysP DAR Baramulla, Shri Mohammad Aftab Awan So to DIG NKR Baramulla and the staff of DPL Baramulla/RPHQ Baramulla for organizing the event and making this function a great success
