| Div Com appreciates coordinated efforts of concerned deptts | |
Jammu, August 12, (Scoop News)-Divisional Commissioner Jammu Dr. Mandeep Kumar Bhandari today chaired a Post Yatra Review meeting and appreciated the high level of coordination among each of the concerned Departments, agencies and local stakeholders involved with the management of Shri Amarnathji Yatra-2017.
He also reviewed Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra 2017 which concluded on 7th of August 2017 and identify areas of improvement for future yatras.
He also thanked the people of state for their valuable support for ensuring the smooth and peaceful conduct of this holy pilgrimage.
Divisional Commissioner said that Post Yatra Review Meeting has been convened with a view to identify the weak points in the arrangements for the just concluded Yatra and bringing about progressive improvements in the management of the ensuing Yatras, based on the experiences gained and feed-back gathered.
The meeting was attended by senior officers of Police and civil administration.
