| AICC Spokesperson demands probe by two sitting judges of SC into allegations against Jay Shah | | 
Jammu, October 11, (Scoop News)- Dr. Ajay Kumar Spokesperson AICC today posed series of questions on the latest controversy regarding the company of Jay Shah Son of National President of BJP Amit Shah
Addressing a press Conference in Jammu he said that countrymen want to know the truth on these allegations and demanded that PM Narinder Modi Should immediately seek the resignation of Sh. Amit Shah from the post and hold an independent probe headed by two sitting judges of the Hon’ble Supreme court.
Senior Vice-President PCC Sh. Sham Lal Sharma Vice-President Sh. Raman Bhalla, and Chief Spokesperson Sh. Ravinder Sharma were present in the press Conference.
Dr. Kumar questioned that what was the business of the Temple Enterprises Private Limited which is the company of Amit Shah’s Son Sh. Jay Shah besides the wife and Daughter in Law of Sh. Amit Shah, that during a period of over one year it enhanced its turnover 16,000 times? what was its properties, the number of employees and source of fundings?
The magic by which the company which was running in loss in 2012-13 and even in 2014-15 ,increased its business turnover by 16,000 times within over one year of BJP coming to power.
What was the reasons that the company which increased its turnover 16,000 times, was closed down in October 2016 by showing that it was incurring losses? Was it not the responsibility of IT department to look into this aspect under these circumstances when a common business man is questioned by IT department for his genuine deposits and financial transactions. Why the IT department closed eyes towards this case about the sudden profit and loss of the company of Amit Shah’s Son. He also questioned that what was those facilities that for a single room office of Company Rs. 80 Lac has been shown as rent. He said the company reflected in its accounts that it received an amount of Rs. 51 Crores from export-import, it should disclose what was the things of import/export and the countries, where from crores of Rupees came into the accounts of company. Whether such deposits of high transactions in the accounts of company from foreign, did not raise any questions by any agencies responsible of job and with the ED,CBI,IT or other department which should have gone into this in similar situation with the company of some other common man. He also questioned the circumstances in which KIFS financial services extended an unsecure lone of Rs.15.78 crores to this company. It’s to pertinent to mention that the owner of KIFS financial services Sh. Rajesh Khandwala, is related to one Sh. Parimal Natswani who is looking after a Ambani Group in Gujrat Sh. Natswani has been elected for the second time to Rajya Sabha with the support of BJP from Jharkhand.
Now talking about another company owned by Jay shah ie. Kusum Fin services Pvt. Ltd, – it is a Limited Liability Partnership Company incorporated in July 2015 and a loan of Rs. 25 crores was extended by Kalupur Commercial Co-operative Bank against the mortgage of two properties of only 6.20 crores Valuation. One of the property belongs to Amit Shah and another to Yashpal Chudasma, who was a co-accused along with Shri Amit Shah in Sohrabuddin and Kausar Bi encounter case, in which Sh. Amit Shah and he was acquitted in 2003 by the court. Whether RBI & Bank norms allow extension of Rs. 25 crores loan against the property of value of Rs. 6.20 crores, he questioned
In fact the Kusum Finserve. Company was initially in the business of Share market and import/export but after the Modi government came to power and Shri Piyush Goyal became the Minister for power, this company in 2016 decided to establish a Power Production Plant by Pawan Chakki (wind Mill) of 2.1 Megawatt capacity in BJP ruled Madhya Pradesh in Ratlam.
The power Ministry under Piyush Goyal extended a loan of Rs. 10.30 Crores under renewal energy to company of Sh. Jay Shah through IREDA. The nation wants to know those norms under which a company dealing with share market and import/export without any expertise in power production was considered eligible for loan on subsidized rates for the purpose. The nation also wants to know what is the status of this plant in Ratlam and whether any such plant exist there or not?
He also questioned about the defence of Sh. Jay Shah by senior cabinet minister of Modi Govt. Sh. Piyush Goyal through a Press Conference when his ministry of power at that time had extended loan crores of rupees on cheaper rates to the company of Jay Shah. Why this individual be defended by a union minister for his business activities.
He said that several national Presidents of BJP had set examples under such circumstances and allegations like Lal Krishan Adwani in Jain Hawala Case, Bangaru Laxman and Nitin Gadkari due to Purti Scam, Amit Shah should follow the same. He said nation wants answer from Prime Minister and this is time of test for him. He should seek the resignation of Amit Shah and order independent probe by two sitting judges of Supreme court into the matter.
