| Team Jammu makes women folk aware of ill effects of Drug abuse | |
Jammu November 14, (Scoop News)-A programme of two days of unorganized worker was organized by Ajit Singh Adyal, president, All Jammu and Kashmir Pensioners and Civil Society Jammu with the help of Women Social Volunteer, Smt. Bhopinder Kour.
The venue of the said programme was in the Community Hall, Jammu Cantt.
The said programme was sponsored by chairman Team Jammu, Zorawar SIngh Jamwal, making the women folk aware of ill effects of Drug Abuse and asserting them to join hands and participate in the war launched against Drug Mafia. The programs were organised by National Board for Worker Education and Development, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt of India.
The programme conducted by S.A. Nazee, Incharge Regional Director, National Board for Worker Education, Jammu. Jamwal Team Jammu. Dwarka Nath Choudhary, former chairman Social Justice standing Committee, JMC Jammu was special invitee and guest of honour and M.S Katoch, working president of J.P.P.F was the chief guest.
Jamwal and Choudhary Dwarka Nath inaugurated the function. In welcome address, Ajit Singh Adyal welcomed the chief guest and special invitee guest and guest of honour besides prominent personalities of adjoining areas of Jammu Cantt and media representatives.
Team Jammu representative in his address highlighted Women Empowerment / Crime on Women and eradication of social evils. S.A. Nazee discussed the related topics and activates of board among the participants and advised to get opportunities of Govt. schemes and programmes and establish own income generating units and your own door steps.
Ajit Singh Adyal also discussed the following topics Women Empowerment and Eco Health Care, Organic Health Care/ Organic Agriculture, Neat and Clean Atmosphere, Beti Bachao, Beti Paraho, Swach Bharat, Forming of Self Help Group / Society, Peace and Prosperity of State / NREGA and fundamental rights of working classes at minimum wages discussed among the participants.
Dwarka Choudhary also highlighted the Swasth Bharat Mission and Swach Bharat Mission and M.S. Katoch, chief guest highlighted the importance of education along with related topics and role of women in our society.... |
