| Justice Dalveer Bhandari’s re-election to ICJ has crowned India with international status | |
New Delhi, November 21, (Scoop News)-Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party who specialized on International Court of Justice in the Hague in the seventies from London University has described re-election of Justice Dalveer Bhandari to the International Court of Justice as a great victory for every Indian wherever he is residing today. Prof.Bhim Singh said that re-election of Justice Bhandari with two-third of the Members of the United Nations General Assembly has bring the past glamour in the international panorama and India has every right to celebrate it. This is the first opportunity for India to down Britain who ruled India for nearly 200 years. India’s presence in the International Court of Justice and first time absence of great Britain in the ICJ does provide an opportunity to every Indian to celebrate this day wherever he/she may be in any part of the world today.
Prof.Bhim Singh also congratulated the General Assembly of the United Nations and its Members for their historic role in defeating great Britain by voting to Justice Dalveer Bhandari, a former Judge of the Apex Court of India—Supreme Court of India. Prof.Bhim Singh reminded the fellow Indians of the great victory of India when Shri Nagendra Singh ji was elected to the International Court of Justice and was elected as the President of the ICJ in the Hague. It was Dr. Nagendra Singh during his presidency in the ICJ who got a chance for Prof.Bhim Singh to appear in the ICJ in the Hague.
