Muzaffarabad, December 6, (Scoop News Monitoring Desk)-Former diplomat and the ‘President’ of Pakistan Administered Kashmir (PAK), Masood Khan, has claimed that with the booming economic progress and growing influence among comity of nations, an empowered India has been in a position to foist a restraint on Kashmir.
“India has developed strategic partnerships with certain countries especially in the west and because of rewarding trade deals with them, it has virtually enforced a censor on Kashmir,” he alleged..
He claimed that because of India’s increasing influence people in western countries or other world capitals don’t talk about Kashmir because this would have ramifications for these countries like in terms of economic arrangements and tactical costs.
Khan charged both United Nations (UN) and United States (US) for allegedly not acting on their own resolutions because of real politics and trade interests
Arguing the UN should act and be assertive, Khan said that the Security Council has failed to understand the Jammu and Kashmir issue when its approval is given to the world body by the UN Charter under Chapter six and Chapter seven. ... |
