| Director Info grieved over demise of Pt Pitambar Nath Fani | |
Jammu, January 11, (Scoop News)- Director Information, Muneer-Ul-Islam, has expressed profound grief and shock over the demise of Pt Pitambar Nath Dhar Fani, a noted Kashmiri poet, writer and educationist.
Paying tributes to the renowned poet, the Director said that “Fani was a bright example of how the Sufi and secular ethos of Kashmir, which we call Kashmiriyat, transcend religious lines. He was one of the most noted Hussaini poets of the modern era,”.
The Director conveyed heartfeld condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal solace to the departed soul.
