| JKPCC holds programme of OBC dept, debates main agenda of consolidating and uplifting of OBC people | |
Jammu, May 26, (Scoop News)-A programme of Other Backward Classes (OBC) department of JKPCC was held here Saturday at party office at Jammu which was organized by Adv. Suresh Kumar Dogra OBC leader of the JKPCC.
JKPCC chief, G.A. Mir presided over the function and Kursheed Ahmad Choudhary, AICC representative of OBC department in-charge J&K State was the guest of honour.
The programme was held by the direction of president AICC, Rahul Gandhi and chairman AICC OBC Dept. Tamradhwaj Sahu. The main agenda of the programme is to consolidate and uplift the OBC people.
Mir said that the OBC people who remained neglected and ignored by all successive governments so far, shall not be ignored under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi.
He appealed to the OBC people to raise their voice for their welfare and upliftment and the congress party shall try to fulfill their expectations.
OBC leader Adv. Suresh Dogra also spoke on the occasion and promised his people that he will work for the welfare and upliftment of OBC community.
AICC representative of OBC department in-charge J&K State Ch. Khursheed Ahmad after listening the grievances and problems of the OBC people assured them that all these problems shall be kept before the high command and the high command shall never disappoint the OBC people in the state as well as in India.
