| Former CM Mehbooba Mufti meets Governo rN N Vohra at Raj Bhavan | | 
Srinagar, August 18 (Scoop News)-Ms. Mehbooba Mufti, President PDP and former Chief Minister met Governor N N Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today.
Governor discussed with Ms. Mufti issues relating to the forthcoming elections to Municipalities and Panchayats and stressed that large scale participation in both these polls would go a long way in strengthening grass – root level democracy in the urban and rural areas. Ms. Mufti said that she and her party were committed to the conduct of both these polls and to the largest numbers turning out for exercising their franchise.
Governor and Ms. Mufti also discussed several other matters relating to the growth and advancement of the State.
