| Shat Chandi Maha Yagya concludes, CEO reviews progress of ongoing works | | 
Katra, October 18, (Scoop News)-Shat Chandi Maha Yagya organised by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board at the Holy Cave Shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Deviji during Navratras for peace and prosperity concluded today with Purna Ahuti on the auspicious occasion of Mahanavami.
Mr. Simrandeep Singh, Chief Executive Officer of the Shrine Board, Mr. Naresh Kumar, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bhawan, and other officers of the Shrine Board and a large number of pilgrims participated in Purna Ahuti and other religious ceremonies performed amidst Vedic Mantras on the occasion.
The Bhawan of Shri Mata Vaishno Deviji, Atka and the area surrounding were decorated with flowers during Navratras. The Shrine Board had also made elaborate arrangements for the pilgrims who visited the Shrine. These arrangements included ensuring sufficient water and uninterrupted power supply along the track leading to the Shrine, sanitation, availability of special fast related food at the Bhojanalayas of the Shrine Board.
The CEO accompanied by officers of the Shrine Board also took stock of the upcoming development works in the Bhawan area undertaken by the Shrine Board and stressed on timely completion of the ongoing project.
