Mirwaiz expresses grief over demise of Sardar Khalid Ibrahim
voices concern over loss caused to apple orchards and other crops due to unexpected snowfall





Srinagar, November 5, (Scoop News)-All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) leader, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, has expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of prominent political figure of Pakistan occupied Kashmir, Sardar Khalid Ibrahim who was the son of former president, Sardar Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, a close assocaite of Mirwaiz Yousuf Shah.

Mirwaiz in his condolence message while paying rich tributes to deceased leader said that his political, and social contributions are unforgettable and that he will be remembered for his unflinching stand on Kashmir dispute as he always maintained that it should be resolved as per the wishes and aspirations of its people.

APHC leader while praising Khalif Ibrahim for his farsightedness said that he was a great leader who earned name and fame by serving the people of AJK on all fronts in his four-decade long political career. He said Sardar Khalid always stood to his principles and never compromised on his stand on the Kashmir dispute.Mirwaiz prayed for the higest standards in Jannah for the deceased.

Mirwaiz also expressed his concern over the huge losses caused to the apple and other crops on the both sides of Jawahar Tunnel due to unexpected snowfall and expressed sympathy and solidarity with the farmers in the present testing times.

He said though natural calamities and fury can’t be avoided, the only way to face these difficult times is to stand strong, united and seek protection for life and property from Almighty God.
