| Balbir Singh promises to make Upper Kathar a model Panchayat in J&K | | Jammu, December 6, (Scoop News)_Assuring to accelerate developmental activities, Balbir Singh, who is contesting election as Sarpanch from Kathar Upper Panchayat, on Thursday sought support of the people for overall development of the area.
Addressing a rally organized by his supporters in connection with the on-going campaign, Balbir Singh said that earlier he had served the Panchyat with dedication and commitment and he is seeking votes of the people to continue that developmental agenda.
“My priority to improve to socio-economic conditions of the people living in my Panchayat”, he said and added that he wold emphasize on improving education and health facilities in the Panchayat besides introducing new schemes in agriculture and rural development sector.
He said that he has a vision for growth and development of the Panchayat and after his election he would implement his vision on the ground to make Kathar Upper as model Panchayat all over the State.
Large number of people attended today’s rally in support of Balbir Singh and assured full support to him. They said that during his earlier tenure as their representative Balbir Singh had worked with dedication and commitment so he is a tried and tested candidates so they would vote for him only.... |
