JKPCC reviews the current political situation in the state including Lok Sabha polling




Jammu, May -14 (Scoop News)-Jammu Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee today reviewed the current political situation in the state including Lok Sabha polling scenario in the state and rest of the country.



The meeting was presided over by PCC Chief Shri G. A. Mir and was attended by Senior leadership of the party including District Presidents, respective constituency level incharges and Frontal wing heads while some of the senior leaders are still on election campaign elsewhere in the country.



The meeting took stock of the overall political scenario in the state in view of the polling trends in different constituencies in the state as well as in rest of the country and observed that Modi government shall be voted out of power by the people and the Congress would lead the next government in the country.



The PCC leadership expressed gratitude to the people for the success of the democratic exercise and appreciated the party cadres for their wholehearted campaigning especially in the wake of lot of efforts by the ruling party at the centre to use their might and all methods to influence the electorate in different parts of the state.



The meeting also mentioned the episode of media by the state leadership of BJP and appreciated the journalists community of Leh for standing against such attempts and the election machinery for taking cognizance. Howover, the silence and inaction of the central leadership of BJP against their state leadership exposes their false principles.



The party leadership lashed out at the BJP leadership at the centre for their mudslinging campaign against Congress party especially Gandhi family and other opposition leaders, which shows the frustration of Modi government and BJP leadership.

Kanta Bhan, Ravinder Sharma-Chief Spokesperson, Rajnish Sharma Co-Treasurer, Manmohan Singh, Ashok Sharma Ex-MLA; Dr. Manohar Lal President Ex-Minister & DCC Kathua, Shabir Ahmed Khan Ex-Minister & President DCC Rajouri, Hari Singh Chib President DCC Rural, Krishan Chander Bhagat-Ex-MLA & President DCC Udhampur, Shiv Dev Singh Ex-MLA, Ch. Gharu Ram-Ex-Minister, Ashok Dogra Ex-MLA, G.L. Chalotra Ex-MLA, Indu Pawar Ex-MLA, M. K. Bhardwaj, Narinder Sharma, S. S.
