Srinagar,June 08 (Scoop News)-Reacting to sacking of J&K bank chairman by the Government AIP president Er. Rasheed has said that though it is the prerogative of the government to transfer or post officers but the intentions of the Government are creating suspense.

The apprehensions that union Government has been very keen to end the indigenous character of J&K Bank should be a matter of great concern.”

Er. Rasheed appealed Governor Administration to come up with a white paper and justify the action taken against J&K chairman. Questioning the timing of the action Er. Rasheed said that none other than Governor Mr. Satya Pal Malik has praised the sacred chairman publically on more than many occasions and the sudden decision of the Government to replace and sack the chairman needs immediate clarifications. He added that Government must not forget that people are the stake and shareholders in J&K Bank and it is important that people should know the truth. Er. Rasheed cautioned the new management about the ongoing recruitment process in the J&K Bank and reiterated that no rules should be changed when the recruitment process is already on....
