| TLSC Bijbehara organises painting competition | |
Bijbehara,June 11 (Scoop News)- A painting cum slogan writing competition was organised by Tehsil Legal Services Committee (TLSC) Bijbehara in collaboration with District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Anantnag at Delhi Public School Sangam as part of observance of Ageing with Dignity Campaign and sensitise people about Elder Abuse. The best students were awarded certificates.
Secretary DLSA Anantng Rafia Hassan Khaki sensitised the audience about Elder Abuse in the society and need to create awareness about same. The Chairman TLSC Bijbehara Mohammed Ashraf Bhat and principal o the school also spoke on the occasion. Some students of the school also spoke on the topic and best speakers were felicitated
There was an interactive session with the management of school about the role of such awareness programmes in schools in broadening the vision of the students. It was decided that soon a legal literacy club will be established in the school.
