| Lecture on “Common Infections in winter and Preventive Measures” held at Niru | |
Srinagar, February 14 (Scoop News)- A lecture on “Common Infections in winter and Preventive Measures” for the youth and students studying in Government Middle School, Niru was conducted on 12 February 2020 by the Unit Medical Officer at Niru. The aim of this lecture was to spread awareness about various diseases and common infections especially during winter and their preventive measures. The lecture was made interactive, interesting and understandable with the use of photos and videos. A total strength of 14 comprising of one teacher and 13 students attended the same.
The lecture was appreciated by all the attendees. Such lecture being conducted in the Niru Baraub Chakwali Sub Sector will go a long way in helping the locals to prevent ailments and stay healthy.
